Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are applicable only in cases where the delivered product does not match the agreed quality or specifications.
Proof (photos, reports) must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
After verification, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Customer’s change of mind after dispatch.
Delays caused by third-party logistics or customs.
